'Hugo,' 'The Artist' lead Oscar nominations

Despite having to wake up at a horribly early hour in Los Angeles, Brad Pitt felt "Moneyball" hit a home run with Academy Award nominations for Best Picture and Best Actor, for the 48-year-old actor's portrayal of Oakland A's GM Billy Beane.
